Last week I visited Dr. Woodell’s Gentle Dentist. The excellent service starts from the first call I made to fix the appointment. The telephone conversation I had was cordial and honest. I was provided with different options of time and date for the appointment. I had also telephone follow-ups to remind me and make sure that I am still comfortable with the appointment. On the day I went for the treatment I had an excellent welcome by the frontline workers, who were very pleasant and authentic. Finally, the treatment I got was superb – the dentists were very professional and helpful. They made me to participate in the treatment process and provide me clear information about my situation and the medications I should undergo. I recommend Gentle Dentist for their customers care, professionalism and superb services.

The staff is very warm and friendly. Dr. Wooddell is gentle with those of use who are a bit anxious!

For a seasoned former dental assistant and for a scaredy cat, we absolutely love Dr. Wooddell and his staff. As a former dental assistant, I am very particular about choosing a dentist. In fact, I would drive all the way to New York for any work. It wasn’t until Dr. Wooddell that I stopped traveling 4 hrs and started traveling 30 minutes. He’s great! As for the the scaredy cat, Dr. Woodell’s practice was the first scare and pain free visit ever. We have recommended Dr. Wooddell to many people and will continue to do so.

I just started seeing Dr. Wooddell recently, after my family and I decided to leave our old dentist. When I went to my first cleaning, I received one of the most through cleanings I have ever had. During the cleaning it was revealed I had a small cavity. I figured getting the filling would be a big ordeal, and that I would probably have to come back another time. But, instead I was able to have the filling done right then, immediately following my appointment. To my surprise, the filling was completed only twenty minutes after the discovery of the cavity. It was shocking how simple and painless it was. Dr. Wooddell and his staff are incredibly skilled at what they do, as well as being very friendly towards his patients. I don't think I'll be going anywhere else for dentistry anytime soon.
